Jeanne's work is both functional and decorative. Thrown and turned using a stoneware clay. Flora and fauna have been a recurring theme in her work as well as chasing copper reds in oxidation. She hand paints each piece with a variety of red glazes, her designs are concealed under a transparent glaze and fired to 1240c. The glazes flourish in the firing, culminating in an inflorescence of mystical blooms. Jeanne has a BA&MA Ceramics and a PGCHE.
